USER AGREEMENT

1. Parties and Subject Matter

This User Agreement ("Agreement") has been made between Gioielle ISTANBUL (Dinç Mücevherat) and the user ("User") who is a member or visits the website (gioielle.com) in order to regulate the conditions regarding the User's use of the Site. This Agreement is valid for all Users using the Site.

2. Terms of Use

2.1 By using the Site, the User is deemed to have accepted this Agreement.

2.2 The User may not use the Site for illegal, fraudulent, misleading or malicious purposes.

2.3 The User undertakes to respect the copyright and other intellectual property rights of the content and services provided on the Site.

3. Membership and Account Security

3.1 In order to become a member of the Site, the User must provide accurate and complete information.

3.2 The User is responsible for keeping his/her account information confidential and ensuring the security of his/her account. If he/she notices any unauthorized use of his/her account, he/she must immediately notify the Company.

4. Privacy and Protection of Personal Data

4.1 User's personal information will be protected and processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

4.2 By using the Site, the User is deemed to have consented to the processing of his/her personal information.

5. Terms of Sale and Payment

5.1 The User may use the specified payment methods when purchasing products offered for sale on the Site.

5.2 Delivery and return of purchased products are subject to the Payment and Sales Policy.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 All content, design, software, trademarks and other materials on the Site are the property of the Company or its licensors.

6.2 The User cannot copy, distribute or modify the content on the Site without the written permission of the Company.

7. Disclaimer

7.1 The Company does not give any guarantee regarding the accuracy or up-to-dateness of the information provided on the Site.

7.2 The Company does not guarantee that the Site will operate without interruption or error and does not accept liability for technical disruptions.

8. Changes and Updates

The Company reserves the right to change this Agreement at any time. Changes shall enter into force on the date they are published on the Site. If the User does not accept the changes, they must stop using the Site.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement is subject to the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized to resolve disputes between the parties.

10. Entry into Force and Acceptance

By using the Site, the User declares that he/she has read, understood and accepted all provisions of this Agreement.
