Article 2 - Subject of the Agreement

The subject of this contract is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation regarding the sale and delivery of the product, the characteristics and sales price of which are specified below, which the BUYER ordered electronically from the SELLER's [Gioielle ISTANBUL] website.

Article 4 - Product Delivery and Payment

The product is delivered to the delivery address specified by the BUYER within the period specified in the contract. Delivery costs are the responsibility of the BUYER unless otherwise stated. Payment is made through the payment method selected by the BUYER at the time of ordering.

Article 5 - Right of Withdrawal

The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract within 7 (seven) days from the delivery of the product to him/her or to the person/organization at the address he/she has indicated, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. In order to use the right of withdrawal, the SELLER must be notified in writing within this period and the product must not have been used.

Article 6 - Confidentiality

BUYER's personal information will be kept confidential by the SELLER and will not be shared with third parties.

Article 7 - Dispute Resolution

Consumer Courts and Consumer Arbitration Committees are authorized to resolve disputes that may arise from this contract.

Article 8 - Entry into Force

BUYER declares that he/she has read, accepted and approved all the terms of this contract.
